This policy explains how PhotoText Finder handles information when you use the iOS or Android app and its support pages. For privacy questions, contact hipdo.dev@gmail.com.
PhotoText Finder uses the following information to provide search features on your device:
Photo pixels, recognized photo content, search queries, and the local search index are not sent to a server operated by us. We do not use them for advertising, profiling, or model training.
The app needs read access to the photos you want to search. Full access lets the app search the library; selected access limits processing to the photos you choose. You can change or revoke access at any time in iOS or Android settings. Reduced images are requested while recognition or display is needed and are not kept as persistent thumbnail copies by the app.
The local search index stays in the app's private storage until you delete search data or uninstall the app. When the app checks the library, it removes index entries for photos that were deleted or are no longer permitted. Choosing “Delete search data” removes the local index and does not delete original photos.
The Android version uses Google ML Kit for on-device recognition. Google states that ML Kit does not send input images or recognition output to Google servers. ML Kit may contact Google to receive models, fixes, and compatibility information and may send device and app information, device or installation identifiers, performance and configuration data, feature event data, and error codes for diagnostics and usage analytics. Google states that this data is encrypted in transit and is not transferred to third parties. See the ML Kit Terms & Privacy and ML Kit data disclosure guide.
When you open or share a result, the operating system, selected gallery app, share destination, recipient, or service handles the chosen photo under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive a copy. Temporary files created by the iOS share flow are removed after use.
We do not collect or sell photo content, recognized text, search queries, contacts, location, or advertising identifiers. We do not share them for advertising or tracking. Google may process the Android recognition-component metrics described above. Google may process support email, and GitHub may process website-hosting data. We may disclose support records if required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
Keeping photo search data on the device limits external exposure. PhotoText Finder relies on the operating system's app sandbox and permission controls. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so protect access to your device and email account.
PhotoText Finder does not provide accounts, social features, or targeted advertising and does not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app. If you believe a child sent personal information through support email, contact us so we can delete it.
Google, GitHub, or their providers may process diagnostics, email, or website data in countries other than your own under their privacy policies. You can deny or limit photo permission, delete local search data, uninstall PhotoText Finder, or contact us about support information you provided.
We may update this policy when PhotoText Finder, applicable law, or third-party services change. The effective date at the top will be updated when revisions are posted.

PhotoText Finder는 기기에서 사진 검색 기능을 제공하기 위해 다음 정보를 사용합니다.
사진 픽셀, 인식된 사진 내용, 검색어와 로컬 검색 색인은 운영자가 관리하는 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 운영자는 이를 광고, 프로파일링 또는 모델 학습에 사용하지 않습니다.
앱은 검색할 사진을 읽기 위해 사진 접근 권한이 필요합니다. 전체 접근을 허용하면 사진 보관함을 검색할 수 있고, 선택 접근을 허용하면 이용자가 선택한 사진만 처리합니다. iOS 또는 Android 설정에서 언제든 접근 범위를 바꾸거나 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다. 축소 이미지는 인식 또는 표시가 필요한 동안 요청하며 앱의 영구 썸네일 사본으로 보관하지 않습니다.
로컬 검색 색인은 이용자가 검색 데이터를 삭제하거나 앱을 제거할 때까지 앱 전용 저장공간에 남습니다. 앱이 사진 보관함을 확인할 때 삭제되었거나 더 이상 허용되지 않은 사진의 검색 항목을 정리합니다. “검색 데이터 삭제”는 로컬 색인만 삭제하며 사진 원본은 삭제하지 않습니다.
Android 버전은 기기 내 인식을 위해 Google ML Kit를 사용합니다. Google은 ML Kit가 입력 이미지와 인식 결과를 Google 서버로 보내지 않는다고 설명합니다. 다만 ML Kit는 모델, 수정 사항과 호환성 정보를 받기 위해 Google 서버에 연결할 수 있으며, 진단과 사용 분석을 위해 기기·앱 정보, 기기 또는 설치 식별자, 성능·설정 정보, 기능 이벤트 및 오류 코드를 전송할 수 있습니다. 검색 결과를 열거나 공유하면 운영체제, 이용자가 선택한 갤러리 앱, 공유 대상, 수신자 또는 서비스가 각자의 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 따라 선택한 사진을 처리합니다. 운영자는 사본을 받지 않습니다. iOS 공유 과정에서 만든 임시 파일은 사용 후 삭제됩니다.
운영자는 사진 내용, 인식된 글자, 검색어, 연락처, 위치 또는 광고 식별자를 수집하거나 판매하지 않으며 광고·추적 목적으로 공유하지 않습니다. Google은 앞에서 설명한 Android 인식 구성요소 지표를 처리할 수 있습니다. 지원 이메일은 Google, 웹사이트 호스팅 정보는 GitHub가 처리할 수 있습니다. 관련 법령이나 적법한 절차에 따라 요구되는 경우 지원 기록을 제공할 수 있습니다.
사진 검색 데이터를 기기에 보관하여 외부 노출을 줄입니다. PhotoText Finder는 운영체제의 앱 샌드박스와 권한 제어를 이용합니다. 어떠한 저장 또는 전송 방식도 완전히 안전할 수 없으므로 기기와 이메일 계정을 안전하게 관리해 주세요.
PhotoText Finder는 계정, 소셜 기능 또는 맞춤형 광고를 제공하지 않으며 앱을 통해 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 지원 이메일로 개인정보를 보냈다고 판단되는 경우 삭제할 수 있도록 문의해 주세요.

端末内の写真検索機能を提供するため、次の情報を使用します。
写真の画素、認識された内容、検索語、端末内の検索索引は、運営者が管理するサーバーへ送信されません。広告、プロファイリング、モデル学習にも使用しません。
検索対象の写真を読み取るため、写真へのアクセスが必要です。フルアクセスではライブラリ全体を、制限付きアクセスでは選択した写真のみを処理します。iOSまたはAndroidの設定で、いつでも範囲の変更や取り消しができます。縮小画像は認識または表示に必要な間だけ使用し、永続的なサムネイルのコピーとして保存しません。
検索索引は、利用者が検索データを削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで、アプリ専用領域に残ります。ライブラリ確認時に、削除された写真やアクセス対象外になった写真の項目を削除します。「検索データを削除」を選んでも元の写真は削除されません。
Android版は端末内の認識にGoogle ML Kitを使用します。Googleによると、入力画像と認識結果はGoogleのサーバーへ送信されません。ただし、モデル、修正、互換性情報の取得や診断・利用状況分析のため、端末・アプリ情報、端末またはインストール識別子、性能・設定情報、機能イベント、エラーコードがGoogleへ送信される場合があります。詳しくは、ML Kitの規約とプライバシーおよびデータ開示ガイドをご確認ください。
検索結果を開いたり共有したりすると、OS、選択したギャラリーアプリ、共有先や受信者が、それぞれの規約とプライバシーポリシーに基づいて写真を取り扱います。運営者が写真のコピーを受け取ることはありません。iOSの共有処理で作成した一時ファイルは使用後に削除されます。
運営者は写真の内容、認識された文字、検索語、連絡先、位置情報、広告識別子を収集・販売せず、広告や追跡目的で共有しません。Googleは前述のAndroidコンポーネント情報を、Googleはサポートメールを、GitHubはサイトのホスティング情報を処理する場合があります。法令または適法な手続きで求められた場合、サポート記録を開示することがあります。
検索データを端末内に保管することで外部への露出を抑えています。PhotoText FinderはOSのアプリサンドボックスと権限制御を利用します。完全に安全な保存・通信方法はないため、端末とメールアカウントを適切に保護してください。
PhotoText Finderはアカウント、ソーシャル機能、ターゲティング広告を提供せず、アプリを通じて子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。子どもがサポートメールで個人情報を送信したと思われる場合は、削除のためご連絡ください。
Google、GitHubまたはその委託先は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従い、診断情報、メール、サイト情報を利用者の国以外で処理する場合があります。利用者は写真へのアクセスを拒否・制限し、端末内の検索データを削除し、アプリをアンインストールし、サポートで提供した情報について運営者へ依頼できます。
アプリの機能、法令、外部サービスの変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。更新時はページ上部の発効日を変更します。
