1. 사진과 기기 저장
사용자가 촬영하거나 선택한 사진으로 블록을 만듭니다. 카메라·사진 접근은 사용자가 선택한 기능에 필요하며, 권한은 OS 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 앱은 사진이나 인물·사물 이름을 개발자 서버 또는 광고 서비스에 보내지 않습니다.
조각 이미지, 이름, 게임 진행, 점수, 설정과 광고 표시 간격 기록은 앱 저장 공간에 보관합니다. 웹 미리보기는 브라우저 저장 공간을 사용합니다. 앱에는 회원가입이나 개발자의 별도 사용자 행동 분석 기능이 없습니다. OS 백업·복원은 기기 설정에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
2. 자동 분리와 공유
iOS는 기기의 Apple Vision 기능을 사용합니다. Android는 Google ML Kit를 사용하며 사진과 분리 결과는 기기에서 처리됩니다. ML Kit는 모델 준비·업데이트를 위해 Google에 연결하고 기능 성능·사용 통계를 전송할 수 있습니다. ML Kit 개인정보 안내
완성 이미지 공유는 사용자가 미리보기 후 직접 실행합니다. 새 PNG에는 원본 사진의 위치 메타데이터를 복사하지 않습니다. 공유한 사본은 사용자가 선택한 앱이나 수신자가 보관할 수 있습니다.
3. 광고와 개인정보 선택
모바일 앱은 Google AdMob과 사용자 메시징 플랫폼(UMP)을 사용합니다. 개인 맞춤 광고를 요청하지 않습니다. Google 광고 SDK는 광고 제공·측정·부정 이용 방지 등을 위해 IP 주소(대략적 위치 추정 포함), 기기·광고 관련 식별자, 광고 상호작용, 성능·진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 비개인 맞춤 광고도 이러한 처리를 수반할 수 있습니다.
지역에 따라 동의 또는 개인정보 선택 화면이 표시되며 필요한 경우 앱 안내의 ‘광고 개인정보 선택’에서 다시 변경할 수 있습니다. 앱 데이터 삭제와 광고 동의 선택은 별개입니다. 앱은 iOS 광고 추적 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
Google의 보관 기간과 해외 처리 등은 Google 개인정보처리방침 및 Google 파트너 서비스 데이터 사용 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
광고 제거 구매
iOS의 광고 제거는 구독이 아닌 일회성 구매입니다. 결제는 Apple App Store에서 처리하며 앱과 개발자는 카드 번호를 받지 않습니다. 구매와 복원은 기기의 Apple StoreKit으로 검증합니다. 앱은 이를 위해 거래 정보나 사진을 개발자의 서버에 전송하지 않습니다. 확인된 광고 제거 권한은 기기의 보호된 저장 공간에 보관하며, 설정의 구매 복원에서 다시 확인할 수 있습니다. 게임 데이터 삭제는 구매를 취소하지 않으며 환불이나 구매 취소는 다음 성공적인 구매 확인에 반영됩니다.
Android 테스트 버전에서는 광고 제거 결제가 아직 활성화되지 않았습니다. Android 결제 처리 방식이 확정되면 판매 전에 이 안내를 갱신합니다.
4. 삭제·권리·대상 이용자
내 조각함에서 조각을 삭제하면 관련 내부 조각과 기록이 삭제됩니다. 앱 안내 → 앱 데이터 모두 삭제에서 전체 게임 데이터를 지울 수 있습니다. 사진함 원본은 변경하지 않습니다. OS 백업과 다른 앱에 공유된 사본은 해당 서비스에서 별도로 관리하세요. 개발자는 기기에만 있는 조각을 원격 조회·삭제할 수 없습니다.
앱은 청소년과 성인을 위한 일반 퍼즐이며 어린이를 주 대상으로 설계하지 않았습니다. 개인정보 열람·정정·삭제·처리 관련 문의는 아래 이메일로 보내 주세요. 해당되는 지역의 권리는 관련 법률에 따릅니다.
5. 지원 이메일과 웹사이트
직접 이메일로 문의한 경우 발신 주소, 문의 내용과 첨부 자료를 응대에 사용합니다. 앱이 자동으로 이메일을 보내지는 않습니다. 문의 해결 후 더 이상 필요하지 않은 내용은 삭제하되 법령상 보관 의무가 있으면 해당 기간을 따릅니다.
이 웹사이트에는 광고·분석·추적 스크립트와 문의 입력 폼이 없습니다. GitHub Pages가 호스팅하며 서비스 운영·보안을 위한 데이터 처리는 GitHub 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

Privacy policy

Photos and local data
The app uses photos you choose or capture to make blocks. Processing happens on your device. We do not upload photos, subject names or piece names to our servers or the advertising service. Camera and photo permissions are managed in your device settings.
Piece images and names, progress, scores, preferences and ad-frequency records are stored in app storage. The web preview uses browser storage. There is no app account or separate developer-run behavioral analytics. OS backups depend on device settings.
Extraction and sharing
iOS uses Apple Vision on-device. Android uses Google ML Kit. ML Kit processes images and results on-device but can contact Google for models and updates and send performance/utilization metrics. See ML Kit privacy information.
Sharing only happens after you preview an image and choose to share. The generated PNG does not copy the original photo's location metadata. The receiving app or person may keep the shared copy.
Advertising
The mobile app uses Google AdMob and UMP. It requests non-personalized ads. Google may process IP addresses (including approximate location), device/ad identifiers, ad interactions, performance and diagnostic data for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Non-personalized ads may still involve this processing. Photos and piece names are not included in ad requests.
Consent or privacy messages appear where required. Where applicable, reopen choices using “Ad privacy choices” in the app guide. Deleting game data and changing ad consent are separate controls. The app does not request iOS tracking permission. Google's retention and international processing are described in its privacy policy and partner-services information.
Ad-removal purchases
On iOS, Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Apple App Store processes payment; the app and developer do not receive card numbers. Apple StoreKit on your device verifies purchases and restores. The app does not send transaction information or photos to a developer server for this verification. Verified ad-removal access is kept in protected device storage and can be checked again with Restore Purchases in Settings. Deleting game data does not cancel a purchase; refunds or revocations take effect after the next successful purchase check.
Ad-removal purchases are not yet enabled in the Android testing version. This policy will be updated before Android purchases are enabled.
Deletion, audience and support
Delete pieces from your collection, or choose “Delete all app data” in the app guide to clear game data. Photo-library originals are unchanged. Manage OS backups and shared copies separately. We cannot remotely access or recover your local photos or game records.
This is a general puzzle for teens and adults, not primarily directed to children. Contact us about access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests. Applicable rights depend on your jurisdiction.
If you email support, we use your sender address, message and any attachments to respond. We remove information no longer needed after resolving the request unless retention is legally required. The app does not send support emails automatically.
This website and changes
This site has no analytics, ads, tracking scripts or contact form. GitHub Pages hosts it; see GitHub's privacy statement. We update this policy when processing changes and provide any required notices and choices.
