NoBooth uses the following information only to provide app features on your device:
This information is not uploaded to a server operated by us and is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, facial recognition, or AI training.
You can change permissions in your device settings. NoBooth does not access the camera or microphone in the background.
NoBooth Plus is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The store processes your store account, payment method, transaction, and purchase history under its own privacy policy. NoBooth reads product and entitlement information from the store to display a local price, unlock Plus, and restore a purchase. We do not receive your card or bank details and do not operate a separate receipt server.
Saving to Photos/Gallery, sharing, and printing occur only after you choose the relevant action. Content then goes to the destination you select, such as the system photo library, share recipient, app, printer, or print service. That destination handles the content under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive a copy.
We do not collect photos, videos, audio, captions, contacts, location, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, or app-usage analytics from the app. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising or tracking. Information may be processed by Apple or Google for store purchases, by Google for email support, and by GitHub for website hosting as described above. We may disclose support records if required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
Keeping photo-session data on the device limits external exposure. NoBooth relies on the operating system's app sandbox and permission controls. Store transactions use Apple or Google systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so you should protect access to your device and store account.
NoBooth does not provide accounts, social features, or targeted advertising and does not knowingly collect children's personal information from the app. If you believe a child sent personal information through support email, contact us so we can delete it.
Apple, Google, GitHub, or their providers may process store, email, or website data in countries other than your own under their privacy policies. You can deny optional permissions, create highlights without audio, delete local sessions, remove exported content from its destination, uninstall NoBooth, or contact us about support information you provided.
We may update this policy when NoBooth, applicable law, or third-party services change. The effective date at the top will be updated when revisions are posted.

NoBooth Plus는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리하는 비소모성 인앱결제 상품입니다. 스토어는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 스토어 계정, 결제 수단, 거래 및 구매 내역을 처리합니다. NoBooth는 가격 표시, Plus 잠금 해제 및 구매 복원을 위해 스토어에서 상품·이용 권한 정보를 읽습니다. 운영자는 카드나 은행 정보를 받지 않으며 별도의 영수증 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
사진/갤러리 저장, 공유 및 인쇄는 이용자가 해당 기능을 직접 선택한 경우에만 실행됩니다. 이후 콘텐츠는 시스템 사진 보관함, 공유 상대, 다른 앱, 프린터 또는 인쇄 서비스 등 이용자가 선택한 대상으로 전달되며 해당 대상의 약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 운영자는 사본을 받지 않습니다.
운영자는 앱에서 사진, 영상, 음성, 문구, 연락처, 위치, 기기 식별자, 광고 식별자 또는 앱 이용 분석 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 개인정보를 판매하거나 광고·추적 목적으로 공유하지 않습니다. 앞에서 설명한 바와 같이 스토어 구매는 Apple 또는 Google, 이메일 지원은 Google, 웹사이트 호스팅은 GitHub가 처리할 수 있습니다. 관련 법령이나 적법한 절차에 따라 요구되는 경우 지원 기록을 제공할 수 있습니다.
촬영 데이터를 기기에 보관하여 외부 노출을 줄입니다. NoBooth는 운영체제의 앱 샌드박스와 권한 제어를 이용하며, 스토어 거래는 Apple 또는 Google 시스템을 사용합니다. 어떠한 저장 또는 전송 방식도 완전히 안전할 수 없으므로 기기와 스토어 계정을 안전하게 관리해 주세요.
NoBooth는 계정, 소셜 기능 또는 맞춤형 광고를 제공하지 않으며 앱을 통해 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 지원 이메일로 개인정보를 보냈다고 판단되는 경우 삭제할 수 있도록 문의해 주세요.
Apple, Google, GitHub 또는 그 제공업체는 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 스토어·이메일·웹사이트 정보를 이용자의 국가 밖에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 선택 권한을 거부하고, 소리 없는 하이라이트를 만들고, 지난 촬영이나 내보낸 콘텐츠를 삭제하고, 앱을 제거하거나, 지원 문의로 제공한 정보에 관해 운영자에게 요청할 수 있습니다.
NoBooth의 기능, 관련 법령 또는 외부 서비스가 변경되는 경우 본 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 수정 시 상단의 시행일을 갱신합니다.

NoBooth Plusは、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Playが処理する非消耗型アプリ内購入です。ストアは独自のプライバシーポリシーに基づき、ストアアカウント、支払方法、取引、購入履歴を処理します。NoBoothは価格表示、Plusの解除、購入の復元のため、ストアから商品および利用権情報を読み取ります。当方がカード情報や銀行情報を受け取ることはなく、独自のレシートサーバーも運営していません。
写真／ギャラリーへの保存、共有、印刷は、利用者が該当する操作を選択した場合にのみ実行されます。その後、コンテンツはシステム写真ライブラリ、共有相手、別のアプリ、プリンター、印刷サービスなど、利用者が選択した宛先に渡され、当該宛先の規約とプライバシー慣行が適用されます。当方がコピーを受け取ることはありません。
当方は、アプリから写真、動画、音声、キャプション、連絡先、位置情報、端末識別子、広告識別子、アプリ利用分析情報を収集しません。個人情報を販売したり、広告・トラッキング目的で共有したりすることもありません。上記のとおり、ストア購入はAppleまたはGoogle、メールサポートはGoogle、ウェブサイトのホスティングはGitHubが処理する場合があります。適用法令または有効な法的手続きにより求められた場合、サポート記録を開示することがあります。
撮影データを端末内に保つことで、外部への露出を抑えています。NoBoothはOSのアプリサンドボックスと権限制御を利用し、ストア取引にはAppleまたはGoogleのシステムを使用します。完全に安全な保存・送信方法は存在しないため、端末とストアアカウントを適切に保護してください。
NoBoothはアカウント、ソーシャル機能、ターゲティング広告を提供せず、アプリを通じて子どもの個人情報を意図的に収集しません。子どもがサポートメールで個人情報を送信したと思われる場合は、削除のためご連絡ください。
Apple、Google、GitHubまたはそのサービス提供者は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づき、ストア・メール・ウェブサイトの情報を利用者の居住国外で処理する場合があります。利用者は、任意の権限を拒否する、無音のハイライトを作成する、過去のセッションや書き出したコンテンツを削除する、NoBoothをアンインストールする、またはサポートで提供した情報について当方に連絡することができます。
NoBooth、適用法令、外部サービスの変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。変更を掲載した際は、ページ上部の施行日を更新します。
