NoBooth uses the following information only to provide app features on your device:
This information is not uploaded to a server operated by us and is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, facial recognition, or AI training.
You can change permissions in your device settings. NoBooth does not access the camera or microphone in the background.
NoBooth Plus is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The store processes your store account, payment method, transaction, and purchase history under its own privacy policy. NoBooth reads product and entitlement information from the store to display a local price, unlock Plus, and restore a purchase. We do not receive your card or bank details and do not operate a separate receipt server.
Saving to Photos/Gallery, sharing, and printing occur only after you choose the relevant action. Content then goes to the destination you select, such as the system photo library, share recipient, app, printer, or print service. That destination handles the content under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive a copy.
The first highlight save is free. After that, you may choose to complete a rewarded ad for one additional highlight save with the NoBooth mark. Ads are optional; capture and free photo saving do not require watching an ad. Plus users can save unlimited highlights on supported devices without ads.
Google Mobile Ads may process IP address (which can indicate an approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to provide advertising, measure performance, and prevent fraud. Google UMP manages privacy choices and related consent information. We request non-personalized ads and do not request Apple's tracking permission. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing; the specific information depends on the device, settings, and consent choices. We do not send photos, videos, audio, or captions to these SDKs.
See the Google Privacy Policy, iOS advertising data disclosure, and Android advertising data disclosure. Apple or Google also processes store purchases, Google handles support email, and GitHub hosts the support website. We may disclose support records when required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
Keeping photo-session data on the device limits external exposure. NoBooth relies on the operating system's app sandbox and permission controls. Store transactions use Apple or Google systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so you should protect access to your device and store account.
NoBooth is not directed to children under 13 and does not provide accounts or social features. Its ad requests are non-personalized. If you believe a child sent personal information through support email or have a concern about data processing, contact us so we can review the request.
Apple, Google, GitHub, or their providers may process store, advertising, consent, email, or website data in countries other than your own under their privacy policies. Where required, the app presents a privacy form before requesting ads and provides ad privacy settings to revisit your choices. Availability of ads can depend on those choices and your region. You can continue using free capture and photo saving without choosing a rewarded ad, or use Plus without ads.
You can also deny optional device permissions, create highlights without audio, delete local sessions, remove exported content from its destination, uninstall NoBooth, or contact us about support information you provided.
We may update this policy when NoBooth, applicable law, or third-party services change. The effective date at the top will be updated when revisions are posted.

NoBooth Plus는 Apple App Store 또는 Google Play가 처리하는 비소모성 인앱결제 상품입니다. 스토어는 자체 개인정보처리방침에 따라 스토어 계정, 결제 수단, 거래 및 구매 내역을 처리합니다. NoBooth는 가격 표시, Plus 잠금 해제 및 구매 복원을 위해 스토어에서 상품·이용 권한 정보를 읽습니다. 운영자는 카드나 은행 정보를 받지 않으며 별도의 영수증 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
사진/갤러리 저장, 공유 및 인쇄는 이용자가 해당 기능을 직접 선택한 경우에만 실행됩니다. 이후 콘텐츠는 시스템 사진 보관함, 공유 상대, 다른 앱, 프린터 또는 인쇄 서비스 등 이용자가 선택한 대상으로 전달되며 해당 대상의 약관과 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 운영자는 사본을 받지 않습니다.
첫 하이라이트 저장은 무료입니다. 이후에는 보상 광고를 직접 선택해 끝까지 시청하면 NoBooth 마크가 포함된 하이라이트를 1회 추가 저장할 수 있습니다. 광고 시청은 선택 사항이며, 촬영과 무료 사진 저장에는 광고 시청이 필요하지 않습니다. Plus 이용자는 지원 기기에서 광고 없이 하이라이트를 무제한 저장할 수 있습니다.
Google Mobile Ads는 광고 제공, 성과 측정 및 부정 사용 방지를 위해 IP 주소(대략적인 위치를 추정할 수 있음), 기기·앱 식별자, 광고 노출·상호작용, 진단·성능 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Google UMP는 개인정보 관련 선택과 동의 정보를 관리합니다. 앱은 비개인화 광고를 요청하며 Apple의 추적 권한을 요청하지 않습니다. 비개인화 광고도 데이터 처리를 포함하며, 구체적인 처리 정보는 기기·설정·동의 선택에 따라 달라집니다. 사진, 영상, 음성 또는 문구는 이 SDK에 보내지 않습니다.
Google 개인정보처리방침, iOS 광고 데이터 공개 안내, Android 광고 데이터 공개 안내를 참고해 주세요. 스토어 구매는 Apple 또는 Google, 지원 이메일은 Google, 지원 웹사이트 호스팅은 GitHub가 처리합니다. 관련 법령이나 적법한 절차에 따라 요구되는 경우 지원 기록을 제공할 수 있습니다.
촬영 데이터를 기기에 보관하여 외부 노출을 줄입니다. NoBooth는 운영체제의 앱 샌드박스와 권한 제어를 이용하며, 스토어 거래는 Apple 또는 Google 시스템을 사용합니다. 어떠한 저장 또는 전송 방식도 완전히 안전할 수 없으므로 기기와 스토어 계정을 안전하게 관리해 주세요.
NoBooth는 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계한 앱이 아니며 계정이나 소셜 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 광고 요청은 비개인화로 제한합니다. 아동이 지원 이메일로 개인정보를 보냈다고 판단되거나 데이터 처리에 대한 우려가 있으면 검토할 수 있도록 문의해 주세요.
Apple, Google, GitHub 또는 그 제공업체는 각자의 개인정보처리방침에 따라 스토어·광고·동의·이메일·웹사이트 정보를 이용자의 국가 밖에서 처리할 수 있습니다. 필요한 지역에서는 광고 요청 전에 개인정보 관련 양식을 표시하며, 광고 개인정보 설정에서 선택을 다시 변경할 수 있습니다. 지역과 선택에 따라 광고가 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다. 보상 광고를 선택하지 않고 무료 촬영과 사진 저장을 계속 사용하거나 Plus를 광고 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 기기의 선택 권한을 거부하고, 소리 없는 하이라이트를 만들고, 지난 촬영이나 내보낸 콘텐츠를 삭제하고, 앱을 제거하거나, 지원 문의로 제공한 정보에 관해 운영자에게 요청할 수 있습니다.
NoBooth의 기능, 관련 법령 또는 외부 서비스가 변경되는 경우 본 방침을 수정할 수 있습니다. 수정 시 상단의 시행일을 갱신합니다.

NoBoothは、アプリ機能を提供するために、次の情報を端末内でのみ使用します。

権限は端末の設定でいつでも変更できます。NoBoothがバックグラウンドでカメラやマイクにアクセスすることはありません。
NoBooth Plusは、Apple App StoreまたはGoogle Playが処理する非消耗型アプリ内購入です。ストアは独自のプライバシーポリシーに基づき、ストアアカウント、支払方法、取引、購入履歴を処理します。NoBoothは価格表示、Plusの解除、購入の復元のため、ストアから商品および利用権情報を読み取ります。当方がカード情報や銀行情報を受け取ることはなく、独自のレシートサーバーも運営していません。
写真／ギャラリーへの保存、共有、印刷は、利用者が該当する操作を選択した場合にのみ実行されます。その後、コンテンツはシステム写真ライブラリ、共有相手、別のアプリ、プリンター、印刷サービスなど、利用者が選択した宛先に渡され、当該宛先の規約とプライバシー慣行が適用されます。当方がコピーを受け取ることはありません。
最初のハイライト保存は無料です。その後は、リワード広告を自分で選んで最後まで視聴すると、NoBoothロゴ入りのハイライトをもう1回保存できます。広告の視聴は任意であり、撮影や無料の写真保存に広告の視聴は必要ありません。Plus利用者は対応端末で広告なしのハイライト無制限保存を利用できます。
Google Mobile Adsは、広告配信、効果測定、不正行為の防止のために、IPアドレス（おおよその位置を推定できる場合があります）、端末・アプリ識別子、広告の表示・操作、診断・パフォーマンス情報を処理する場合があります。Google UMPはプライバシーの選択と関連する同意情報を管理します。アプリは非パーソナライズ広告をリクエストし、Appleのトラッキング許可は求めません。非パーソナライズ広告でもデータ処理は行われ、具体的な情報は端末・設定・同意の選択によって異なります。写真、動画、音声、キャプションをこれらのSDKに送信することはありません。
Googleプライバシーポリシー、iOS広告データの開示、Android広告データの開示をご確認ください。ストア購入はAppleまたはGoogle、サポートメールはGoogle、サポートサイトのホスティングはGitHubが処理します。適用法令または有効な法的手続きにより求められた場合、サポート記録を開示することがあります。
撮影データを端末内に保つことで、外部への露出を抑えています。NoBoothはOSのアプリサンドボックスと権限制御を利用し、ストア取引にはAppleまたはGoogleのシステムを使用します。完全に安全な保存・送信方法は存在しないため、端末とストアアカウントを適切に保護してください。
NoBoothは13歳未満の子どもを対象に設計したアプリではなく、アカウントやソーシャル機能を提供しません。広告リクエストは非パーソナライズに限定します。子どもがサポートメールで個人情報を送信したと思われる場合や、データ処理について懸念がある場合は、確認のためお問い合わせください。
Apple、Google、GitHubまたはそのサービス提供者は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに基づき、ストア・広告・同意・メール・ウェブサイトの情報を利用者の居住国外で処理する場合があります。必要な地域では広告リクエスト前にプライバシーフォームを表示し、広告のプライバシー設定から選択を変更できます。地域や選択によっては広告を利用できない場合があります。リワード広告を選ばずに無料の撮影と写真保存を続けるか、Plusを広告なしで利用できます。
任意の端末権限を拒否する、無音のハイライトを作成する、撮影履歴や書き出したコンテンツを削除する、NoBoothをアンインストールする、またはサポートで提供した情報について当方に連絡することもできます。
NoBooth、適用法令、外部サービスの変更に応じて本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。変更を掲載した際は、ページ上部の施行日を更新します。
